Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer (CFO), this role is to provide responsive support to the CFO's needs and support Finance Project teams with project administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
Diary management, arranging meeting, taking meeting minutes and managing agenda Develop and maintain electronic filing system, collate and distribute reports and Board papers Help to set up project meetings, manage project calendar, assist with Planning & Tracking of projects, and offer suggestions to imrpove efficiencies Manage Finance Sharepoint to ensure filing is aligned with all finance teams Collaborate and control the stakeholder presentations Organise national and international travel and accommodation (including itineraries, visa requirements, renewal of APEC Business Card, Passports, etc.) Provide travel and expense support to other ELT members To be successful in this role, you will need:
Minimum 5 years’ previous experience working in a similar role assisting senior management Strong proficiency in computer skills with intermediate to advanced level of Office 365 Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, MS Planner, Task manager) Previous experience working with an electronic filing system, familiar with SharePoint would be highly regarded Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people at all levels Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy Strong organisational and administration skills Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure To apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident.
