Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partnerships to expand thepany's partner network and achieve business growth targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, acting as their primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, andmission structures, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

Revenue Generation: Work closely with partners to drive trading volume, customer acquisition, and revenue generation, utilizing effective marketing and promotional strategies.

Training and Education: Provide training, product knowledge, and marketing materials to partners, enabling them to effectively promote TMGM's products and services to their client base.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse partner performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback to partners, highlighting opportunities for improvement.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends,petitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing insights and rmendations to optimize partner strategies and maximize revenue potential.

Collaborative Efforts: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Partnership Manager or a similar role within the financial services industry

Strong network and existing relationships with introducing brokers, affiliates, or financial industry partners.

Excellent interpersonal andmunication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence partners.

Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations.

Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights and rmendations.

Prospecting and pipeline maintenance, this is a results driven role so you will need to be constantly looking for new business.
