Enabling successful employment service programme delivery by achieving agreed objectives in line with employer specific, and wider business plans. To target, and engage prospect employers within a defined sector(s)/geography, to identify new business opportunities for Max Employment. To develop new relationships to a point where and if appropriate they can be passed over to a National Partnership Manager in order to manage and develop a long-term employer partnership.Key Responsibilities To develop and maintain multi stakeholder relationships with employers within an agreed sector(s) to ensure agreed levels of appropriate opportunities for MAX Employment and other specialist partners are achieved:Maintain strong relationships with the National Partnership Managers, join negotiations at an agreed stage to gain a strong knowledge of employer opportunities and delivery expectationsWork with employers to establish and agree KPI’s/SLA’s and account plansWork with employers to agree any specialist recruitment pathways, designing and agreeing any relevant processes, toolkitsHave accountability for delivery of agreed plans and the incremental growth in volume, quality and conversion rates of employment opportunitiesIdentify new potential areas of growth within employers, where necessary working with the National Employer Engagement team to achieve successWork with the National Partnership Managers to ensure there is a strong understanding of the employer requirements. Fully understand agreed processes, and have access to the required toolkits for agreed programmesDeliver on the operational requirements of the employer by:Providing colleagues with a clear vacancy brief and screening criteriaIdentify suitable candidates following colleague delivered initial screeningEstablish a framework for Post Placement Support for delivery by operational colleaguesMaintain a strong working relationship with all stakeholders (including PCs, Employer Champions, BMs and RMs) to ensure vacancies are actioned and filled in a timely manorProvide feedback to the National Partnership Managers, review plans where required and identify challenges and resolve any issues that ariseEnsure accurate reporting of all activity and output by:Provide accurate reports to employer partners at agreed timescales to include information on all key KPI indicatorsCapture all actual and planned activity using the CRM systemEnsuring all other systems are kept fully up to date (e.g. Max Connect) to provide accurate recording of national/sector performanceCommunicate with job seekers in a professional manner as per MAX Employment quality standardsConduct administrative activities consistent with Employment Services contractual and legislative requirements, and MAX Employment philosophy and quality standardsComply with all WHS procedures ensuring that team members including volunteers and contractors abide by all relevant health and safety proceduresAct as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviours and report all accidents, incidents or near misses immediately.Personal Attributes Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer careExcellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning stylesAbility to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solvingBe tactful and articulateBe able to act quickly and decisivelyExceptional organisational skills.
