Experienced Team Administrator within this dynamic professional services firm. Broadmeadow location. 12-month maternity leave position.

Supporting the team, key responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Preparing of correspondence for clients
  • Updating of client information where relevant
  • Responding to client enquiries where possible
  • Co-ordinate and attend internal and external meetings, where required, take minutes and manage action items
  • Supporting team with other administrative duties as required

 
The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administration role within an accounting firm. You will have taken ownership of the role and supported a team. Strong Microsoft office skills are also essential to be successful in this role. We are looking for a highly organised, outstanding communicator with excellent coordination and administrative skills.
