The role:As the Administration Officer for the Cyber Security Group- Projects, you will organise all administrative aspects of the project office by providing services for meetings, seminars and conferences, events, travel arrangements and appointments.
Your key responsibilities:
* Provide human resource support to the business unit by undertaking activities such as maintaining establishment, providing basic HR advice, and applying legislation
* Contribute to the development of best practice in business systems by monitoring and reviewing work practices and making recommendations which lead to continuous improvement
* Provide efficient and effective support to the work unit by maintaining efficient records management and information management systems.

The Cyber Security Group (CSG) is a part of the Technology Services Branch within eHealth Queensland. CSG has a focus on both current and emerging information security risks, providing Queensland Health with the ability to better manage the balance between delivering quality healthcare and protecting the information in our care.
The Projects stream within CSG is responsible for delivering information security priorities to enable modern healthcare delivery whilst maintaining network security. This role will provide program support and project manage in the successful delivery of large scale, complex Information Management (IM) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project.
