Applied Medical is a new generation medical device company with a proven business model and commitment to innovation that has fueled our rapid business growth and expansion.  Applied has recently launched a new line of products in a major category for both minimally invasive and open abdominal surgery.  Applied has been developing and manufacturing advanced surgical technologies for more than 30 years, and has earned a strong reputation in healthcare.  Our dedication to delivering the highest quality products combined with our unique business model, allows team members the ability to truly partner with hospital accounts and contribute in a larger capacity than is possible in most sales positions.Working alongside the Minimally Invasive Surgery (MIS) team, and the local Regional Business Manager in Melbourne, the purpose of the highly clinical Advanced Procedure Specialist role is to sell advanced procedure opportunities in line with Applied Medicals” strategy, support clinical evaluations and cases,uphold the company brand and drive effective utilisation of both hospitals and key thought leaders.  Working with the MIS team, you will identify key stakeholders across our target accounts, call on strategically targeted thought leaders across Melbourne, and support cases in theatre that will drive the interest and adoption of our advanced technologies within the medical community. By managing and working evaluations within your region from start to finish, you will establish strong working relationships and operate as an ambassador of the Applied Medical brand in all environments.
