The Support & Deployment Services Sales Manager for the ANZ region is responsible for the managing specialist sales teams responsible for Dell EMC Deployment Services.
Manages inside sales and Technical pre-sales field technical sales team members and leads support activities for the development and implementation of complex, and specialized products/applications/services/solutions. Develops detailed customer installation and/or system integration plans. Directs the deployment of specialist resources into accounts to identify and support qualified opportunities. Provides/oversees sales technical support in sales presentations and product demonstrations.

+ Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
+ Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
+ Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
+ Develops and executes services sales engineering and/or complex specialist selling strategies and identifies opportunities for process improvements.
+ Provides technical expertise to sales organization in selecting, implementing and developing competitive services applications and solutions.
+ Coordinates with account management resources to make customer calls and presentations as well as participate in bid and walk-through meetings with the customer as necessary.
+ Ensures proposed solution meets the technical and business needs of the customer.
+ Estimates overall solution performance, and price for budgetary estimates.
+ Serves as thought leader and company subject matter expert on for the Support & Deployment Services portfolio with customers and internal stakeholders.
+ May provide product and service feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts with sales representatives.
+ Ensure customer satisfaction and experience when they buy services from Dell EMC. Support delivery leadership in providing excellent customer experience.
+ Deliver revenue and margin to target plan for Project based Tied Services and Professional Services
+ A successful candidate will likely to possess the following qualifications
+ Demonstrated track record in managing a services sales team of 10+ members and greater than 25M USD annual quota.
+ Experience in Professional Services Sales in the ANZ market is essential. Understanding of various IT Systems Integration and Professional Services offers and market directions are critical skills.
+ >3 years in a managerial position will be ideal and >10 years in the IT industry will be essential.
+ Degree in Business Administration, Computing or equivalent is expected.
+ Ability to conduct business discussion with senior executives (CXO) both internal and external is essential
