You will liaise with discipline leads to coordinate efficient design delivery in accordance with programme as well as driving the IDR process for the associated package and ensuring inter-discipline and BIM model review processes are completed through each stage of design.Working closely with the other Design Managers (Area), you will be expected to share knowledge and lessons learned, and to understand priorities/issues in the other areas whilst providing guidance to systems assurance engineer design team, construction team to ensure that design package requirements have reached an adequate level of correctness, completeness and quality against which design can be verified. \#ANZTransport #LI-AP1 #ANZRail #APMETransport**Here’s What You’ll Need:**• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or Construction and RPEQ• Proven experience in leadership and team mentoring• Demonstrated client focussed approach and possesses strong relationship management skills.• Strong business acumen and a strong analytical, strategic solving background.• Solid communication skills.**Jacobs.
