Our client is a successful privately-owned Commercial agency established as a leader in retail leasing in the Perth market. They have a loyal, long-standing team of hardworking, energetic and highly impressive property professionals, and a culture that is inspirational, the team is focused and highly capable.

They are seeking a dynamic Assistant Commercial Property Manager to join their team in delivering best practice management services and build upon its excellent relationships with all existing and future clients. The role will support a team of experienced property managers across a retail/commercial portfolio.
  
You will be able to undertake and deliver the following:

  • Assist with nurturing sustainable relationships with owners and tenants 
  • All areas of repairs & maintenance for the portfolio
  • Assist with lease renewals and negotiations
  • Assist with financial management including budgets and monitoring arrears
  • Assist with Tenancy schedules and market rent reviews

You will have already attained your WA sales registration and have at least 2-5 years’ experience in residential or commercial property. Ideally, you will also have experience using Cirrus8. You will have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success. There is a clear growth plan for the successful candidate to manage their own portfolio in a 12-18 months time.
