Clear progression path to Director level Fast-growing CA firm A working culture second to none and low staff turnover Flexible work environment with WFH  An exciting and new opportunity for a Manager/Senior Manager has arisen with a reputable CA firm in Blackburn. This firm has a large fee base with plans to grow further. They focus on accounting, tax and advisory for SMEs, investments, family groups, SMSFs and international clients.
In this role, you'll be managing a diverse portfolio of approximately $900k in fees whilst leading 3 accountants. Some responsibilities include but not limited to:
Preparation and review of tax returns, financial statements, activity statements, payroll tax returns and land tax returns, etc of the team Preparation of complex management reports Preparing specialist tax advice/strategies  Managing all types of client communication  Workflow management of team Review of internal business services processes  Applicants: Working in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity in an accounting firm Comprehensive knowledge and experience of intricate workings and needs of SMEs Experience managing own clients and a small team  Demonstrated communication and rapport building skills
