Key responsibilities will include: Most of your role will be responding to your client portfolio new insurance calls / emails, service queries, claims, and renewalsYou will actively manage your portfolio by developing long term relationships, and promoting additional services for your client’s businessesYour day will be fast paced and varied, including; team meetings, emails, CRM system management for your clients, follow up calls, liaising with insurers, and potentially client visits in the futureYou may also be called upon to help create digital and e-commerce solutions for this industry as well as have involvement with new marketing initiatives About you:That you are somewhat of a self-starter, highly client service focused, a great team player, and very driven to achieve your goals. A passion for the Entertainment sector would be beneficial.
