Exciting opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join our team in Sydney CBD , employed on a Full Time  basis.

Snapshot of your day:

  • Apply, enforce and monitor compliance to the client's and ISS's HSEQ policies associated with the contract
  • Ensure HSEQ incidents are reported promptly and investigated thoroughly and agreed corrective action(s) are implemented in line with ISS procedure
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the designated client representatives via regular formal meetings
  • Provide excellence in customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage requests for documentation and review and maintain the accuracy of records, editing where necessary to ensure they are up to date
  • Entering and updating electronic copies of internally produced data and vendor data into the electronic document management systems
  • Act as first point of contact for administrative enquiries from vendors 
  • Undertake duties as directed by management within level, competence, experience

    • What you must possess:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar operational environment.
  • Experience working with design, technical and auditing information
  • Knowledge of Docover, Sharepoint, One Drive and MS Excel
  • Strong IT skills in MS office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Good attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient typing skills and minute taking
  • COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required. As a service provider, ISS must comply with all public health directives and client requirements. Medical exemptions will apply.
