If you are currently in a low to mid-management role in a cleaning company and seeking a chance to grow, this role is perfect for you!

As a key senior player in our team, you will ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, manage budgets effectively and address any operational issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operational aspects of cleaning services to meet KPIs and ensure financial viability
Manage stakeholder relationships, staff leadership, and regulatory compliance
Implement training, address issues, and contribute to team development
Identify growth opportunities and support business development efforts
       
Key Experiences & Skills:
Proven expertise in contract management within cleaning environments
Exceptional interpersonal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in work approach
Track record of maintaining high cleaning standards and fostering strong client relationships
Be able to provide 10 years of historical data for Defence access approvals
Resilient with strong problem-solving skills, capable of collaborating with diverse individuals and backgrounds
Be able to initiate the process obtain a baseline or NV1 security clearances, or already possessing them

Special conditions
To be considered for this position, you must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance up to a level of negative vetting 1 (secret). Additionally, possession of a valid Australian driver's license and undergoing an Australian Federal Police check are required.

If you are hired by Ventia, you will need to obtain and maintain DCAC clearance, which will be initiated by the DBS Security team.
