Our client is a well-established leading architectural practice in Sydney with a strong reputation across Industrial, Commercial, Retail. 

The Role:
Design Architect

  • Possess the necessary skills for concept design, design development, master-planning etc
  • Must be able to present ideas to clients, consultants and councils etc. Needs to be able to ‘sell’
  • Does not need to be a registered Architect
  • Salary dependent upon experience
  • Local experience the preference
  • Degree / Diploma from recognized institution
  • Does not necessarily have to have Industrial experience (highly regarded however), just a willingness to work in the sector. Commercial / Retail experience desirable. Residential not relevant.

Requirements:
- 5 - 10 years' experience
- Industrial/Commercial experience advantageous
- Revit proficient 
- Strong design capabilities, generating concepts, materiality.
- Confidence in client-facing scenarios.
