What you'll be focused on...
Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements to meet requirements Plan and facilitate leadership and team meetings, including technology setup and communication of agendas Develop impactful presentations and reports for senior leadership, driving informed decision-making Craft clear and effective communications to keep teams advised and engaged Cultivate positive relationships across the organisation, promoting collaboration and support Engage in ad hoc projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
The skills you'll need...
Demonstrated experience in efficiently managing schedules and travel arrangements for multiple executives, ensuring timeliness and accuracy Previous success in building and maintaining positive relationships, facilitating effective collaboration and communication Previous involvement in supporting meeting preparation, including presentation development and documentation of meeting notes and actions, showcasing attention to detail and organisation Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively, delivering results under tight deadlines Proven experience in managing communications conveying information clearly and professionally Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic work environments, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing changing priorities and requirements Our Culture & Benefits Our values have stood the test of time.
