**The Opportunity**



Work on two commercial assets in Melbourne for our prestigious client account; Charter Hall. This role will see you manage two assets in Docklands and Moonee Ponds and is an excellent opportunity for an FM looking to further their career, or an AFM looking to step up. This role will see you work independently with a high level of autonomy.



+ Oversee building operations and deliver efficient and cost-effective management of a dedicated commercial portfolio

+ Ensure a high level of Customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of all building services within the portfolio.

+ Manage the delivery of all Facilities Management services; tenant liaison and contractor management.

+ Deliver superior customer service and develop key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.

+ Manage operating expenditure, budgeting, produce and present monthly reporting and financial reporting.



**About you**



+ Demonstrated Facilities Management experience on commercial or retail assets

+ The level of autonomy in this role will suit someone who likes working in a fast paced environment and has good multi tasking skills

+ Excellent computer literacy a must

+ A working knowledge of all property onsite facilities services, not limited to essential fire safety measures, mechanical services, hydraulic and structural

+ The ability to build strong, effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
