Located at The Rocks, you will manage all the soft services for the harbourside precinct which includes more than 100 heritage buildings, unique venues, waterways and other high profile public domain areas.

Reporting to the Associate Director, you will be fully supported by a diverse team of FM’s and have two Facility Coordinators assisting you. **Here’s a snapshot of your day;** • Manage soft services including Cleaning, Horticulture, Security, Parking and Signage, Pest control, Handyman services, Water Features and playgrounds, footpaths and roadways.

• Manage operating expenditure and ensure efficient, sustainable and cost-effective maintenance and development of soft services within the precinct. • Manage minor works and tenancy fit outs as required • Carry out routine precinct inspections and document issues for action.
