Job Overview

Seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Consultant to join our implementation team. Position is responsible for providing project management, implementation and technical sales services in the Australia/ New Zealand region. The position will also provide occasional implementation services for targeted customers throughout the rest of the world.

Specific duties and responsibilities

Provide implementation and on-going support services to new and existing customers.

Manage implementation projects in the Australia/ New Zealand region

Participate to technical support services for Australia/ New Zealand customers

Provide technical sales support for QualcommLife products to potential or existing customers through demonstration either onsite, at trade shows or via Webinar

Work with prospects and customers to guide them in the selection and scaling of the QualcommLife solution which best suits their specific technical and infrastructure requirements (Qualification, Technical Workflow Requirements, Device Inventory, Test Labs, HIS Integration proof-of-concept, scope, Services, etc.)

Perform feasibility study and solution designs when required

Execute onsite configuration/setup

Provide onsite end user training

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage expectations with clear and frequent communication

Meet with customer to understand project objectives and coordinate activities and issues resolution

Works collaboratively with Sales, Project Management and Support groups

Escalate issues to Engineering and Support Management as appropriate

Collaborate on technical content for sales proposals

Preferred Qualifications

The job requires business travel of 40-60%. The position also requires attendance at customer events, product fairs, seminars and trade shows. The position requires a high degree of flexibility with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills are necessary to successfully present the QualcommLife message to individuals and groups in a professional manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

Fluency is required in English.

Three years of experience managing application or integration projects and/or implementations. Healthcare and analysis experience required working with Clinical Information Systems

Good knowledge of network topologies and infrastructures

Knowledge of HL7 and interface engines

Technical troubleshooting

Experience working in a hospital environment

Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server

2 years of working experience in Australia/New Zealand region

Some experience working with biomedical devices would be positive.

Technical Master Degree
