Our Inside Sales Account Manager team is the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Rep team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Achieve targets by selling, up-selling and cross-selling Dell EMC’s range of products, third party products and services using consultative selling techniques

+ Owns overall account strategy and account management

+ Communicates Dell EMC’s unique value to customers

+ Maps customer challenges to Dell EMC capabilities

+ Responsible for prospecting & pipeline generation

+ Identifies, develops, manages, and closes business

+ Maintains accurate sales forecast and pipeline in Salesforce

+ Grows the account / territory to maximum potential through cross-sell & strategically aligned business synergies

+ Responsible for driving inbound & outbound calls, emails & attendance to webinars & events

+ Functions as the overall account manager, leading sales solutions, partnering with the channel (as applicable) overall strategy and execution

+ Focuses on both new account development and/or expanding existing accounts

+ Leverages cross-functional resources to achieve results/meet customers/partners needs

+ Meets or exceeds Sales Hygiene Metrics (KPI’s)

+ Drive deeper engagement & understanding through territory & account planning

+ Assist in the preparation of customer correspondence, quotations and responses to tenders

+ As a Senior Account Manager may provide direction, development and inspiration to other team members in their team

+ May assist as an Ambassador to new hire team members within their team

**Essential Requirements**

+ Previous Account Management and Sales experience within the IT or TELCO sector (1-3+ years) **Various roles available and looking for different levels of experience

+ Experience in relationship selling or appropriate industry experience/exposure.

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

+ Self-motivated, well organised and able to work well within a team.

+ Strong Customer Service ethic.

+ Well-developed negotiation and sales persuasion skills.

+ Consultative selling skills.

+ Strong organisational skills.

+ Strategic thinker

+ Australian Citizen/ or Permanent Resident

**Desirable Requirements**

+ An intimate understanding is required for PC Components, Enterprise products and the various aligned product’sPC/Vendor experience
