Working for this health services organisation as an IT Project Manager your role will be to ensure the successful deployment of a new print solution in partnership with the chosen service provider. Working closely with internal stakeholders and the service provider you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initiation to completion, ensuring that the new print solution meets the needs of the organisation, and is implemented on time and within budget. Key activities Define project scope and deliverables that support the organisation's goals in collaboration with project sponsors Manage project teams and resource needs based on project requirements and the allocation of internal and external resources Track key project milestones and manage & report on project financials including budget, forecasts and actuals Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams Develop project communication plans, including communication with all project stakeholders Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers Skills and experience Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects in a multi-site environment Previous experience with print services Experience in vendor management, covering contract negotiation, dispute resolution and account management Demonstrated experience in IT service management framework (ITIL) and function.
