A unique opportunity exists to assist the Manager BEMS in supporting the strategic planning and overall operational management of Maintenance and Minor New Works Services to achieve a quality Client service which meets the needs of our health service.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Provide professional advice on Assets and infrastructure forward planning for Maintenance and Minor New Works requirements within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) to client departments and to the BEMS Manager relating to Facilities Management, including Engineering, Construction, Installation and Maintenance practices.
* Liaise with Asset Manager in relation to planning for lifecycle of assets and infrastructure maintenance and replacement.
* Participate in developing and managing Annual Maintenance Management Plans and maintenance budget for each year, including backlog liability.

Remuneration value up to $11 570 p.m., comprising salary between $4346.10 – $4664.30 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO7) (temporary full time for thee months with possible extension).
