The Manager works closely with Senior Managers and Partners and is a key leadership role in the structure with the scope and level of responsibility to make a significant impact. Our Audit & Assurance division is large, diverse and growing. We provide audit and assurance services to a wide range of organisations across Australia and you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, advise and make a real impact. As a leader in the Audit team you will be responsible for: Managing the planning of audit engagements to determine the audit strategy, timetable, resource allocation and fees. Leading and executing audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring a consistent quality application of the Crowe methodologies. Preparing and reviewing business reports and correspondence for the client including highlighting key issues and recommendations. Ensuring engagements are managed and completed effectively, identifying and resolving any issues. Leading and developing a team, actively contributing to creating a highly engaged and performing team, and individual’s personal and professional development. Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing a detailed understanding of their business to determine how Crowe, and the wider Findex business, can best meet their needs We are looking for candidates with: 5 plus years audit experience gained within a professional services capacity including exposure to Australian clients. Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and lead audit engagements from planning to execution. Demonstrated leadership experience including evidence of managing and developing teams. Excellent stakeholder management, relationship building and networking skills. Strong commercial acumen. A commitment to continuous professional development. Accounting, or related degree / post graduate qualification, and CA qualified or equivalent.
