Position DetailsAn exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and proactive professional to join the BRHS team and provide administrative leadership and support to our Medical Workforce.This role will work collaboratively with key medical staff and the People and Culture team to support the management and development of the medical workforce at BRHS. This will include coordinating recruitment campaigns, overseeing orientation and on-boarding processes, supporting the BRHS Credentialing Committee, monitoring rostering and leave planning within budget and roster parameters.The Coordinator will provide leadership and management of the Administration Officers and provide day to day support and liaison with the Medical workforce.
