MS Dynamics Functional Consultant: Looking for a MS Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant having 5+ years of relevant Dynamics CRM experience The SME should be able to translate the business process into system configurations & implementations of the business processes in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The Functional SME will analyze complex business problems and help define the solution within the CRM system. Identify gaps and provide technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scale new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost-effective manner. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the below. o Interfaces with Business and IT cross functional teams to identify and resolve business systems problems and consults with various users to identify potential improvements. o Perform gap analysis: as-is vs to-be o Document functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases o Accurately translate business requirements into functionality o Manage requirements to meet business expectations o Prioritize business requirements and recommend changes to multiple business processes. o Assess the risks of various solutions looking across multiple applications o Clearly articulate the impact of business problems and benefits using business language Mandatory Skills Thorough understanding of the CRM business functions for which applications are used. Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple implementations and/or platform upgrade Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, at all levels including customers, vendors, peers, business stakeholders and management required
