Broaden your administration experience in a varied and multi-faceted roleWork with a progressive and visionary Senior ExecutiveFlexible working arrangements available  The Opportunity We are currently seeking a professional and experienced PA to provide support to the Partner leading smartMonday and her leadership team to help deliver on their business objectives. This exciting opportunity will see you managing all the traditional secretarial duties while also working broadly with key personnel within this business unit to ensure the business operates efficiently. Key responsibilities will include: Proactive diary management and scheduling, coordinating domestic and international travel, expense management and a variety of ad-hoc administrative tasksInbox control including responding to correspondence, email prioritisation and flagging important items for critical reviewEnsuring your executive is equipped with all documentary information and briefed fully before meetingsCoordination of management reporting and systems by sourcing relevant information and engaging with other teamsStakeholder engagement to ensure strong relationships are built and maintained both internally and externallyAssistance in the production of presentations and marketing materialsPreparation and distribution of invoices to internal / external stakeholdersPreparation and distribution of Purchase Orders to external stakeholdersMaintenance of archive records in line with Aon’s retention policy About You Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant/ Senior AdministratorExperience supporting at a senior level with the ability to demonstrate your capability of working pro-actively to achieve business objectivesAdvanced Microsoft Office experience, particularly Word, with confidence to adapt to different software programsClient Relationship Management system experience (Oracle ideal, but not essential)Procurement software experience (Coupa ideal, but not essential)Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others within the broader businessWell-developed organisational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressureA high regard for the sensitivity and confidentiality of informationExcellent command of the written word with the capability to write professional correspondence and review documentation for errors If you believe you’ve got the skills and drive to help contribute to Aon’s success, join us and be part of a high-performing team, then we would like to hear from you.  Aon Culture & Benefits With close to 1600 employees, we are the largest organisation of our kind in Australia.
