What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Product Analyst Joining Australasia’s largest Vehicle & Mobility Solutions Payments network, you will be a core member of our Product Team. Your role will be vital for our Product team as we support our business with data and insights that enable product performance and development of future revenue streams. You will be involved in delivering market leading products in one or more of our fuel, Business to Business payments or EV strategic pillars. You will help us standardise our product development approach and manage our monthly reporting cycle. You will have an opportunity to traverse both Business Product and Digital Products. You will work with colleagues across our Australia and New Zealand business, and call on subject matter expertise from our global teams. You will thrive on communication and collaboration. As a part of our team we will inspire customer led initiatives that deliver seamless experiences whilst aligning to company strategy and delivering commercial growth. Lead discovery components for new product development assignments, particularly in Value Add Services.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Synthesizing customer interview data to generate themes that help focus us on solving customer needs
- Evaluating Sales and Service conversations to extract key insights for new product developments of existing product pain points
- Acting as the focal point for data to support business case development in support of new products.
- Supporting market analysis and research, leading components
- Documenting and maintaining the Product Development and Management strategy approach for the Product Management Practice
- Maintaining Core Value Proposition Library and delivering a measurable ongoing improvement in level of staff facing documentation on our products.
- Owning the Product calendar, tracking and monitoring delivery against our annual cadence, including monthly/quarterly annual reporting and business planning cycles
