It’s how we bring the future to life for our customers and our people, in everyday moments that matter The Role As a Product Manager in the area of Fulfilled by Woolies Enablement, you will play an integral part in enabling change across our eCommerce fulfilment network. This role will be responsible for enabling Productivity acorss our Last Mile propositions through incremental and strategic change so that our operational teams can deliver excellent customer outcomes in a sustainable manner while meeting our commercial objectives.This role will deliver change across processes, equipment, people and technology requiring strong alignment and collaboration with a range of groups between online and store teams to deliver valuable outcomes.This is an extremely fast paced, successful and driven team. The successful applicant must have the passion and commitment to improving processes and driving efficiencies that feed into the overall customer first approach. Key Activities Maintain the overall roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, roadmaps and prioritisation Develop business processes and technical solutions together with internal customers to support the overall strategy Ownership of resource planning and mapping across initiatives, ensuring all resources are fully occupied. Work closely with internal technology, operations teams, commercial teams and external partners to define milestones and ensure on-time and in-scope delivery. Manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities Collaborate and influence stakeholders to form an agreed product roadmap and strategy for WooliesX products and platforms Facilitate communication and reporting to the Executive and leadership teams on the product agenda and prioritisation of product initiatives Track, measure and be accountable for achieving product KPIs and success measures at the individual product and portfolio levels Actively contribute to overall Product capability and development within WooliesX Key Accountabilities Own agile product development process from product management point of view. Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the WooliesX and Woolworths Group strategies. Ownership of the Product Suite Roadmap and Digital Capability to ensure Woolworths remains at the forefront of Digital Retail in Australia. Develop and maintain an understanding of the product, market and competition. Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and products. Maintain a detailed understanding of the market place and identify future technology and/or product opportunities that can be fed into the strategy. Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features. Analyse potential partner relationships for the product and lead the effort to integrate our applications with other leading industry systems. Financial accountability of Squad investment against value outcome creation Core Attributes Previous working experience as a Product Manager Proven track record of formulating Product Strategy and managing Product Roadmaps that demonstrate incremental customer, business and technology outcomes. Knowledge or interest in eCommerce operations; labour modelling, capacity management, equipment and technologies Experience in Digital organisations with a track record of achieving outcomes that improve the customer experience and meet commercial targets In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development. Strong influencing skills and leadership skills. Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. Excellent organisational, thought leadership and prioritisation capability. Innovative thinking and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Creative thinker with a vision. Attention to detail.
