Program Administration Officer

In the role of Program Administration Officer you will provide a range of administrative program and project support services to project team members utilising a broad range of software programs and systems while ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
This is a generic position and the appointee may be required to participate in job rotation and multi-skilling.
Accountabilities include:
• Undertaking a variety of tasks as directed such as: Basic program/project funding and costing activities, data entry, vehicle fleet administration, switch and reception duties, mail, filing and document control activities, purchase stationery and office supplies, word processing and basic housing/building administration
• Providing project teams with administration and clerical support which may include:Arranging meetings, agenda and minute preparation, word processing, filing and photocopying, dairy coordination, arranging travel and accommodation, assemble and prepare project documentation, assist in the preparation of correspondence, documents, reports and presentations.
