  • Extensive Program / Project management experience in the areas of planning, managing, and leading all phases of diverse SAP S/4 HANA in a multi technology and vendor environment.
  • Must have recent S/4HANA implementation experience
  • Specific experience in business transformation consulting, project delivery and integration management
  • Experience in developing and managing client business strategies for multi-year, multimillion-dollar projects and teams, aligning business goals with technology solutions
  • Experience in documenting and driving process improvements, by giving a competitive advantage to the bottom-line gains through thought leadership, management consulting, and business transformation through system / application rationalization
  • Strong technical, business, and financial acumen to effectively communicate with client executives and their respective teams
  • Experience in using multiple program / project management methodologies like SAP Activate, Agile/Scrum and waterfall
  • Experience in managing large teams working effectively with onsite & offshore resources.
  • Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats based on needs of the program

    • Responsibilities

  • Program and Project Management of enterprise-wide systems consisting of implementation, migrations and integrations
  • Lead teams in a single project across broad technical, financial, and business disciplines
  • Maintaining the teams' focus on the business objectives and tracking progress to ensuring timely completion of project milestones, on budget and with the desired results.
  • Project Scheduling
  • Testing/QA/Rollout/Support
  • Data Migration including definition, cleansing and conversion
  • Risk and Issue Management
  • Defining / Adopting processes and tools best suited to each project.
  • Process consulting experience includes Business Transformation, project management, Process Consulting, Solution Architecting, and Integration management
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with
