We are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to add to our Sydney team working with our Customer Success Group and Advisory Services group. This person will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of talent into the Customer Success Group at Salesforce and delivering exceptional candidate experience.

Broad scope of role:

+ Proactively sourcing, recruiting and hiring new candidates for our ANZ markets

+ Building trust with business leaders through outstanding delivery

+ Partnering with hiring managers and directors across the organisation to execute a successful recruiting strategy and process

+ Successfully deliver on all hiring deadlines and flawlessly execute in a very fast-paced environment

+ Personalising the Salesforce story to create compelling reasons for passive candidates to engage with us and explore opportunities

+ Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures and help build the processes which will support and sustain our growth over the coming years

+ Engaging with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals

+ Networking with current employees to broaden our knowledge of “top talent” in the ANZ market

+ Regional alignment with recruiting colleagues, leveraging the active talent pool

+ Experience in full cycle recruitment for professional services, technology consulting and/ or customer success

+ Engaging, attracting passive candidates

+ Engaging, qualifying the brief. Influencing hiring managers on expectations vs reality.

+ Sourcing: making it happen vs relying on InMails

+ Owning and managing the relationships to close

+ Communicating: managing in a matrix environment, from maintaining reports to relationships

+ Operating effectiveness: knowing the importance of maintaining ATS and other supporting technologies.

+ Passion for technology and a knowledge of the technical landscape
