DESCRIPTIONTo meet the growing demand for Amazon Web Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.The Training and Certification Worldwide Sales and Delivery (WW S&D) team is looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team in the role of Sales Enablement Manager. In this role, you will work across the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) region to develop and maintain comprehensive enablement training plans for our AWS Training and Certification business development managers (BDMs). This includes developing and delivering bar raising workshops, working cross-functionally with BDMs, sales leaders, marketing, operations, and curriculum, to deliver immediate value to our business development team.The Sales Enablement Manager, APJC will be responsible for ensuring the APJC Training and Certification (T&C) business development organization is well-equipped with the content, training, knowledge of available resources, and core curriculum necessary to be effective in having the right customer conversations and developing relationships with field Account Managers. The successful candidate will combine sales training expertise with the ability to create content and a prior history of success in sales. This is a hands-on position – the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.LOCATION: We are open to this role sitting in either Australia or New ZealandKEY RESPONSIBILIES include, but are not limited to:· Create, develop, manage, and lead reinforcement activities that support our T&C Business Development Managers.· Build targeted content for sales enablement and continuously improving the field knowledge transfer and learning needs.· Assist in the development of the master plan and calendar for sales enablement activities throughout the year.· Contribute to the design and execution of bar raising live delivery sessions.· Crafting sustainable deep relationships with the team in which they enable.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS· 3+ years of Field Sales experience· 2+ years of Sales Training/Curriculum Development experience· 2+ years of Presenting or Facilitating experience· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to write proficiently)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS· Sales leadership experience· Experience creating live training content· Passion for adult learning· Experience with enterprise selling· Sales coaching experience· A fast-thinking, passionate individual with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities will thrive in this role
