**The opportunity**



+ Selling off the plan apartments that are new to market and first time offered

+ Opportunity to sell multiple projects offered by CBRE

+ High level onboarding and ongoing sales training.

+ Work closely with project director and have fulltime onsite support.

+ No experience required & all training provided.

+ Utilise high level Salesforce CRM, optimising the way you work on laptop supplied to you

+ Face to face selling from multi-million dollar, purpose built display suits

+ Opportunity to sell premium architecturally designed projects with premium finishes throughout.

+ Desire to pursue/further a career in Residential sales

+ Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder or be prepared to obtain the certification

+ Hold a current driver’s licence and a car

+ Available to work both Saturday and Sundays

+ Strong communication, able to build rapport and work in a sales driven environment
