Thisrole will support key decision making by managing and presentingdata, analysing operational performance and identifying improvementinitiatives.As the Sales &Operations Planning Lead, you will be responsiblefor:Engaging with sales,operations, supply chain and technical servicesteamsSophisticated data analysisto support decision makingProviding insights andreporting to senior managementCreating cost to service andprofitability reportingDriving the sales andoperations planning processProactively assisting thesales team with forecasting future demandrequirementsDeveloping and maintainingoperations and supply chain KPI reportingGenerating insightful modelsbased on business critical dataUsing Excel (PowerPivot),Access, Power BI and NavisionProposing and implementingcontinuous improvement projectsProviding analytical supportand expertise to support strategic projectsYou will be a great fitfor our team if you areTertiary qualified in arelevant field (Supply chain, Business, Accounting, Commerce,Logistics)Experienced with advanceddata analytics preferably in a manufacturing or distributionenvironmentProficient in using Excel,Access and Power Pivot and Power BI.A confident communicator andinfluencer, with great presentation skills.
