The Opportunity:

We are seeking committed and dynamic Casual Teachers to inspire our students. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators, including recent graduates, to contribute to a vibrant learning environment and support each student's potential.

Your Role Will Include (but is not limited to):

• Applying extensive pedagogical knowledge to enhance learning in identified subject areas.
• Differentiating learning to cater to diverse student needs and maximize their growth.
• Utilising sound understanding of learning environments, lesson plans, technology, and effective assessment practices.
• Committing to continuous improvement of your teaching practice and professional development.
• Working creatively and constructively within school communities and setting high, achievable goals for students.
• Motivating students to achieve and fostering a lifelong love of learning.
• Performing tasks as directed by the Principal or delegate.

About You:

To thrive in this rewarding role, you will align with the core purpose and values of St John Paul II Catholic College, demonstrating:

• A Tertiary Qualification in Education
• Current Statements of Service.
• Valid Working with Children Check clearance.
• NESA Accreditation.
• Effective interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
