DLA Piper’s Corporate Melbourne practice is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Associate (ideally with 5 – 7 years’ experience) to join the team. This opportunity will see you working within an integrated international corporate team with a strong and growing, Australian market presence. 

You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior Partners on a diverse range of corporate matters and clients, from M&A and venture capital to private and public equity and debt offerings. Our corporate team support the world’s leading enterprises, emerging start-up companies and financial institutions in their development and investment activities.

We work with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.
