About us:   At Knight Frank we're passionate about property, but it takes more than passion to make us the world's most successful privately-owned property agency and consultancy.  With a 125-year heritage, we are part of a global property powerhouse dedicated to providing our clients the best advice across commercial and residential property transactional and advisory services.  We champion a diverse and inclusive workplace, where people are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work and are proud to not only be the real estate industry's first WORK180 endorsed employer but also recently being recognised as the Top 101 Workplaces for Women in 2023 by WORK180.  The role:   This is an opportunity to leverage your skills and knowledge within Facilities Management and take your career to the next level.  Supporting our key clients' asset, you will ensure that Knight Frank continues to deliver leading edge Facilities Management services that meet and exceed the expectations of our client through your technical knowledge and leadership skills.   Key tasks: Provide operational leadership, manage and direct efforts to maintain an impeccable level of building presentation Ensure optimal operation of building plant and equipment to improve NABERS ratings Be the contact for technical advice, supporting the property management team and client and tenant customers Implement, audit and maintain risk management procedures Manage Operational expenditure budget preparation, forecasting and delivery Manage Capital expenditure budget preparation, forecasting and delivery Maintain and be fully conversant with all Australian Standards, statutory and legal requirements directly related to building management service delivery Provide recommendations to the client and property management team to continually improve operational efficiencies Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, tenants and service partners Ensure timely delivery of compliance, risk and sustainability targets and KPIs  Who are we looking for? At least 5 years' work experience and demonstrated success in a Facilities Management role within the property/building industry Excellent presentations, verbal and written communication skills Experience supervising and managing staff A high level of financial aptitude, computer literacy, analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrable experience with HVAC and building controls management Strong stakeholder management and relationship development skills Experience in tendering for significant hard and soft services contracts Experience in project management and delivery Comprehensive commercial experience and knowledge of industry best practice, relevant codes and legislative requirements relating to facilities management Ability to operate with a high level of autonomy and manage competing priorities  What's in it for you?
