Veolia is seeking an ambitious Senior Fleet Controller to work from our Rocklea Office as part of the South East Queensland Operational Waste team. Reporting to the Manager – Bulk Operations, you will provide leadership by coordinating the daily operational functions to ensure effective scheduling of drivers within the fleet, whilst ensuring safety standards and customer expectations are met.The role will be responsible for team performance and allocation of jobs in accordance with customer requirements, driver capability and QLD Transport regulations and legislation. You will also provide advice onoperational problems that may arise on a daily basis.Your ability to multitask will be pivotal to this role, as well as your strong problem solving and decision making skills.
