With a healthy pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Planner to join our team. You will be responsible for P6 programme management on large-scale, new build data centre projects from 1st principles to project close-out. You will focus on analysis, programming, resourcing, costing and reviews for projects. We are a fast-paced and growingpany, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work. What you'll do:
  • Produce and maintain quality, resource loaded construction programmes using MS Project and Primavera P6
  • Progress reporting against programmes, including performance and productivity
  • Coordinate day-to-day planning activities alongside the project team and client
  • Milestone projections, delay, and critical / float path analysis
  • Management of programme revision and updates as required
  • Oversee as built records
  • Change / delay management
  • Review technical drawings and documentation
  • Assist with costing, forecasting, and financial management for projects
  • Perform project planning reviews and health checks
  • Provide insights from quantitative analytics
  • Preempt issues on projects and collaborating with operations to prevent or mitigate
  • Lead by example with best practice approach to planning and controls

    • What you'll bring:
  • A passion for the Construction industry and Project Controls
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 to 10+ years construction programming experience in a similar planning/scheduling focused role
  • Track record on a broad range of largemercial construction projects, including mechanical and electrical services and ideally across data centres
  • Strong working knowledge of construction and planning concepts, principles, techniques, and relevant processes
  • Well versed with Earned Value Management and resource planning
  • Adept in developing schedule risk report by using Mont Carlo Technique
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, related software, and systems
  • Proficiency with PRISM and Power BI advantageous
  • Excellent collaboration, consultation, negotiation, facilitation, interpersonal,munication and task management skills
