Reporting to the Test and Release Manager, you'll have the opportunity to uplift our QA function while working closely with creative and motivated teams to deliver high-quality, innovative products for both local and international markets.Your primary duties entail, but are not restricted to:Utilise agile, sprint-based methodologies to drive efficient workflowDemonstrate leadership by taking ownership of tasks, resolving issues, and escalating when necessaryExhibit strong analytical skills and initiative to listen, analyse, and take actionLeverage extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance practicesDevelop and implement automation frameworks to streamline testing processesManage multiple projects and goals effectively through superior time management skillsCommunicate effectively through both written and oral channelsBuild strong interpersonal relationships through rapport-building, active listening, and effective questioning techniquesMaintain thorough documentation of processes and outcomesTo thrive in this role, you should bring:Experience in managing customer-facing web applicationsProficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Postman, Robot Framework, Jest, Mocha, and Chrome DriverFamiliarity with Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) activities, including test case preparation, execution, and bug reportingUnderstanding of cloud infrastructure and services, with a preference for AWSKnowledge of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDBProficiency in version control systems like Git and GitOpsExperience with scripting languages such as Bash, NodeJS, Python, and Lua Desirable but not essential technical skills:CI/CD pipeline skills (e.g. GitLab, Github Actions, Jenkins, etc)Experience with automation for load and security testingIf you're ready to make an impact and advance your career in a collaborative and innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
