We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven Senior Specialist – University Partnerships to join our talented team in Australia. Reporting into our Director of University Partnerships & Talent Acquisition, the Senior Specialist – University Partnerships will work to build strong partnerships with Universities nationally, looking to assist STEM graduates to find careers in the technology sector. How you will make an impact: Lead the recruitment of high performing University graduates for Wiley Edges offering in Australia and provide support to other regions in APAC depending on demandBuild out strategy and define a list of Universities to help their STEM graduates find careers in the technology sector.Identify key partnerships above and beyond Universities through external partnerships with a focus on Diversity.Manage all relationships with all University and External PartnershipsLeverage the University partnership strategy across the Wiley Edge and Wiley groupGuide graduates through the process to complete our assessments and join the Alumni programme where you will place them with a partnerIdentify new Universities to partner we can explore with a focus on diverse Talent pipelines.Build out talent strategy across Australia with minimal support, provide guidance to other Wiley Edge teams on talent pools. Ie – graduation dates, universities, degree topics which will benefit the mthree programme.Solve complex problems, taking new perspectives on existing solutions, exercises judgement based on analysis of market.Build a pool of candidates across all disciplines (predominately technology) and locations.We are looking for people who have/are: 4+ years experience recruiting, technical recruiting a plusProven success in Early Careers or Campus recruitmentExperience in building strong partnerships with other organisations preferably Universities.Strong relationship management skills with the ability to successfully work across global teams.Ability to work autonomously with minimal directionAn ability to work effectively to tight deadlines whilst handling multiple priorities, remaining calm under pressure. Effective team-working skills, including the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. A systematic, flexible, and pro-active approach to workManages strategic projects to improve our overall APAC strategyActs as a resource to more junior team members and supports their developmentStays flexible as we grow, having the ability to shift attention to the greatest need of the businessWhy should you join us?
