Based in Sydney, this is an individual contributor role that will be responsible for achieving high level of customer satisfaction in the field of Waters solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for installing and maintaining systems including liquid chromatography and Mass Spectrometry systems. This role requires approximately 20% travel throughout Australia and New Zealand and must demonstrate a strong focus on customer satisfaction as well as excellent technical and troubleshooting skills. As a member of the Waters Global Service organization, the incumbent will gain fruitful insights into this international service portfolio of a dynamic organization.
