As a Value Manager, you will have the pride and satisfaction of seeing your work have a real impact on the business.Right now, we are looking for a Strategy Manager / Value Manager to join our growing ANZ team. Experienced management consultants, investment bankers and strategic advisors, this one's for you.About the Role
Collaborate with senior executives at prospective customers to identify business challenges and document and align the impact of Workday's technology to strategic objectives of the company.
Develop and present investment cases, model return on investment, and documenting value realisation.
Ongoing collaboration with cross-functional teams to advise on account strategy, craft early value messaging, and develop experiences that showcase Workday’s differentiation throughout the sales cycle
Manage internal relationships with Workday's Sales, Service and Customer Success teams
Build innovative thought leadership and value-selling tools
Support ANZ and APAC leadership with the development and execution of broader strategic initiatives
About You
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking or relevant professional servicesStrong analytical skills (Excel modelling and PowerPoint proficiency are a must)Other Qualifications
Ability to work independently and creatively
Strong consulting skill-set, including excellent discovery, analysis, quantitative modelling, listening, and communication skills
Deeply curious about business, highly motivated to have an impact on customers, and broadly interested in variety of customers/issues
Travel to customer sites is typically “day trips.” Travel for our Value Managers averages roughly 10%.
