    • Description

    The purpose of this role is to support the successful delivery of technical and business-related projects. The role will work in collaboration with external vendors to ensure that projects are delivered in line with project scope and deliverables. This is a dynamic role which will be allocated to projects according to business needs and will work in collaboration with the PMO team. This role will require a flexible and versatile approach to solution development. The candidate will contribute their existing skills and knowledge to the projects and must be willing to work within both agile and traditional methodologies and be able to deliver within a changing environment.

  • Build and engage in effective working relationships with operational business units, multiple vendors and ICT
  • Apply business analytics tools and techniques to identify, understand and manage business requirements and translate business requirements into technical requirement
  • Assess business process and system inefficiencies
  • Analyse data to identify risks, opportunities or trends that may impact or enhance relevant projects
  • Assist in the shaping of decisions, provide technical options and recommendations in accordance with organisational requirements, including business operations, PMO, ICT, risk, opportunity
  • Technical BA experience
  • Agile methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, problem solve and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
  • Demonstrable proficiency in project management tools (eg. JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective workshop presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrable experience delivering SalesforceCRM projects- desirable
  • Integration experience
  • Project Management experience (PMBOK, or Prince2 and/or Agile/Scrum
  • Exposure to cloud technologies (eg. Azure)
