Home to Kings Canyon Rim Walk, the area receives more than 250,000 international and domestic visitors per year.The property is looking for an experienced Resort Attendant and Tour Guide to join their team. Someone with tour guide experience would be highly regarded in this role also as there is a potential for a shared role. You will be joining a team of committed, passionate and service focused team striving to provide an exceptional guest experience.Your role responsibilities will include;Multi tasking between departmentsConducting guided toursProvide excellent customer serviceLiaise with other departments around the resortFor this role, you will have;A desire to understand and develop relationships with fellow employees and guestsAn enjoyment in socialising and having a laugh with your colleagues out of recognised work hoursA calm, cool as ice and positive ‘glass half full’ approach to dealing with day to day issuesA fun, bubbly, energetic and lively personality!An admiration for living in a remote wilderness paradise and have a love for the great outdoors!Qualifications;Previous experience working as a Tour Guide and/or a Resort Attendant at a Resort/Hotel or a similar environmentFull Open Driver’s license/Manual (State specific)Senior First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain if requiredThese are “live-on” remote location roles.
