ATEC Group Training are currently looking for engineering apprentices to commence a metal fabrication apprenticeship. We are seeking motivated, career-minded applicants who have the ability to show initiative and are reliable. The current vacancies are located in the western suburbs of Adelaide. 

Working with qualified and skilled tradesmen, you will gain valuable hands on experience, mentoring and support.

Duties will involve: 

  • Performing engineering measurements
  • Apply welding principles
  • Use workshop machines for basic operations
  • Carry out mechanical cutting
  • Apply principles of WHS in the work environment
  • Requirements:

  • Reliable & punctual
  • Strong work ethic
  • Practical aptitude
  • Reliable car and licence 
  • Be a confident communicator
  • Be able to undertake manual/physical work
  • Motivated with a genuine interest in the fabrication industry
  • Have a high level of attention to detail
