Proficiency in maximizing revenues through a combination of direct/indirect sales, demonstrable experience in direct sales and therefore ‘high-touch’ capabilities. are key requirements.The successful candidate will have experience in selling business solutions in one or more of the following or closely related categories: PABX, UC, Call Centre, CRM, Software etc. Must have a proven track record of meeting revenue quotas on a quarterly and annual basis. The individual must be technically proficient and demonstrate self-sufficiency.This role may be located in Melbourne or Sydney.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new Business Development through prospecting, qualifying and selling software solutions and services using both Direct and Indirect sales efforts
  • Proficient and consultative-selling-skills
  • Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Conduct one-on-one and/or group sales presentations
  • Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
  • Responsible for contract signoff working in conjunction with the legal department
  • Pipeline creation – campaigns, joint partner events, prospecting with partners
  • Joint Selling – lead customer meetings, demos, quotes, proposals
  • Close deals – involved with all aspects of deals including price and term negotiations management of the entire sales cycle
  • Ongoing Partner Support – establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partner representatives
  • Direct customer selling with partners required
  • Qualifications

  • 5+ years of direct sales experience
  • Demonstrable track record of personal development and closure of business
  • Knowledge and experience in selling UcaaS, Cloud Contact Centre, related applications.
  • Experience selling to medium to large corporate clients and/or Telecom Service Providers
  • Excellent communication skills, sound presentation skills, business aptitude and work ethic are requirements of this position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com
