Consolidating a period of rapid expansion with further investor backing, this growth-orientated player are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join their sales team, and help propel them to the next stage of their journey.
Working with clients solely at enterprise (ASX top 300’s, typically), this role comes with a hybrid focus on both new business development and key account growth, and calls for a sales professional with a tenacious, yet truly consultative nature. Your day to day role will involve identifying potential prospects, making a qualified and well-researched approach, and forging strong relationships with a number of different organisational stakeholders within the C-suite.
You will be well supported by an industry-renowned marketing function which allows for a steady stream of qualified leads to flow through to the sales team, and each senior sales professional is assigned a vertical market specialisation from which leads are allocated on a rotational basis- allowing you to spend more time face to face with clients.
You may have a background that has seen you selling software, HCM or HR Software is obviously relevant, or alternatively you may have sold ERP, Financial Software, or another type of software solution that is sold into HRD’s, CFOs, COOs or CEOs. The important factor is not what you have sold- It is that you have successfully sold solutions with a degree of complexity, as my client’s solution is not an “off the shelf offering” and often requires that the salesperson conduct a complex needs analysis first, in order to tailor the best possible fit for a client’s needs.
You have proven you have the ability to make things happen in past sales roles, and you will be well rewarded for your skills here with a lucrative and uncapped commission structure. The package on offer will be negotiable depending on industry experience, prior sales success, and other factors under consideration however my client pays at and above industry average, and offers an uncapped commission structure that should see you earning a base of $150,000, with an uncapped OTE of $280,000+. There are also appreciable opportunities for progression and growth internally as the company continues to grow.
