The Role

We are looking for an Account Manager who is experienced and passionate to manage and oversee all Facilities Management within a key client account.

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC.

  • Providing Facilities Maintenance Services to meet all contract terms and obligations.
  • Overseeing the delivery of Facilities Management Service to the client in conjunction with the Service Agreement
  • Providing thoughtful leadership, mentoring and guidance to a small team.
  • Preparing, submitting and presenting accurate financials including budget, forecast and accruals.
  • Overseeing the performance and reporting function to make sure it meets the client’s needs.
  • Skills & Experience

  • Extensive experience in Account Management or Contract Management in Property or Facilities Maintenance.
  • Highly engaging approach and demonstrated relationship management with stakeholders.
  • Proven technical knowledge within trades associated with Facilities Management.
  • ‘Hands-on’ management of a medium to large contract teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing/supervising the delivery of subcontractors.
  • Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach.
