Working for I-MED offers you: A collaborative and professional working environment Competitive remuneration package with flexible work options Opportunities for career advancement with I-MED’s continued growth and expansion Commitment to your health and well-being, including access to employee assistance program A range of employee benefits, such as paid parental leave and discounted health insurance Key accountabilities include: Drive growth in sales revenue and procedure numbers in your territory Work with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute territory sales plans Facilitate productive and lasting customer relationships with GPs and specialists other Maintain referrer management system Salesforce in order to plan effectively, monitor and measure performance and drive business outcomes Gather referrer feedback and share market intelligence with I-MED Management, Radiologists and Clinic Leaders, in order to achieve business goals and objectives Key selection criteria: Minimum 2 years sales and territory management experience gained in GP and/or hospital sales Proven ability to drive positive business outcomes to meet targets and objectives Ability to understand, learn and disseminate medical and/or technical concepts Strong commercial acumen with ability to interpret and analyse data Excellent presentation skills coupled with strong verbal, written, negotiation and persuasion skills A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required
