We are seeking a phone based Account Manager to join our Outbound Performance team. This team looks after dealerships across the country. If you are passionate about customer service and proactively build business relationships then we want to hear from you.

This vital role will see you building relationships with key dealer management and will consist of the following duties:

  • You will be responsible for managing a pipeline for potential business prospects through our existing database to support the growth of car dealerships.
  • Manage relationships with our current clients and act as the key point of contact for any marketing and advertising needs.
  • Act as a conduit between our internal teams and our client to coordinate all elements of campaigns and ensure that the quality/expectations are met.
  • Gather data, insights and results to conduct insightful meetings with our existing /new clients.
  • What we’re looking for 

  • A commercial, self-motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of media/digital sales.
  • You’re not afraid of getting on the phone and you’ll come with a track record of customer service (face to face or on the phone).
  • Willingness to sell great products and achieve targets. 
  • You are a confident communicator who can build sustainable relationships with internal and external stakeholders, isn’t afraid of a presentation or two.
  • A lover of all things tech – you may not be a total ‘tech-spert’ but you’re comfortable using technology and online systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail with exemplary time management & organisational skills.
