About This Opportunity
InComm are looking for a passionate sales professional who is looking to take the next step in their career, who are motivated and ambitious individuals to lead our largest retailer accounts for the AU/NZ region. We are looking to engage the right sales people who are looking for career development, exposure into the retail industry and to work with global brands to ensure we continue to stay as the market leaders in our region.
+ Work in an global organization with over 2,500 employees
+ Manage major retailer accounts across Australia and New Zealand
+ Work with global brands including iTunes, Google, Uber, Sony, Microsoft and more
+ International travel to the US, New Zealand and Asia may be required

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts main responsibilities will be:
+ Manage a small team of sales support staff and their development within the business
+ Joint business plans with retailers to ensure targets and budgets are being met
+ Marketing and promotional planning with all key partners
+ Forecasting and sales performance of the accounts
+ Present range review updates and pitch in new content to retailers
+ Launch new products within the merchant environment
+ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in account management (mid-market/enterprise accounts), relevant retail experience would be will be a benefit
+ Previous management of budgets/sales forecasts
+ Strong internal and external communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams
+ A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
